Weight Set for Vest - 2 lbs..(2 x 1/2lb and 4 x 1/4lb)

These 2-pound (2-1/2 lbs & 4-1/4 lbs) weights are for use in our Sensory Cave Weighted Compression Vests, but can be used with other weighted vests as well so long as they fit inside the vest securely. 

5% of total body weight is recommended by experts for a weighted vest.  The total amount of weight should never exceed 10-15% of total body weight.  We recommend asking a therapist about the amount of weight to use based on an individual’s specific needs. 

Only use weighted products with guidance from a therapist. Use with adult supervision.
