Olive Wood Paddle Grater

Italian fine grade paddle grater with razor sharp stainless steel blade and olive wood handle. Best for grating firm cheese, chocolate, citrus, nuts, chiles, ginger and garlic.

Dimensions: Appx. 15'' x 1.5'' x .5 in. Each piece will vary in size and shape due to the handmade nature.

Care: Hand wash only. Occasionally coat handle with olive oil or mineral oil to keep wood looking its best.
