Our chai concentrate offers a harmonious blend of authentic flavors, including cardamom, cinnamon, clove, peppercorn, and fresh ginger. Crafted using Indian Assam Tea and lightly sweetened with cane sugar, our small-batch production takes place in Toronto.
Instructions: We recommend a 1:2 ratio, 1 part concentrate to 2 parts milk of your choice, heat, steam or simply pour over ice. Adjust to taste. Remember to give it a good shake before serving.
- Heat in microwave until the desired temp OR Over medium-high stovetop, simmer (not boil) chai concentrate, milk or water until the desired temp.
- 5 servings if 1:2 ratio is used
- After opening, refrigerate and use within four weeks
Ingredients: Water, Black Tea, Sugars (brown cane sugar), Ginger, Spices, Lemon Juice.
