Butterfly Pea Tea is a fragrant, caffeine-free herbal tea made from the dried flowers of the Butterfly Pea Plant. It has a light, sweet taste and a beautiful blue-violet color. Butterfly Pea Tea is high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

This beautiful tea turns purple with lemon juice - makes a great addition to a cocktail or mocktail! Can also be made with rice to make South Indian style blue rice.

METHOD: pour boiling hot water over 4-5 flowers. Steep for 3 mins. Sip + Enjoy! Pro Tip - add lemon juice and watch the color change! Add honey for taste.
